At Fonex Fiji Pte Limited, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and refund policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

• Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and receipts intact.
  
• Certain items, including opened or used products, may not be eligible for return or refund due to health and safety regulations.

2. Return Process:

Returns can be made in person at our store, located at 9 Beddoes Circle, Namaka, Nadi, or through our designated return process.

3. Refunds:

• Once your return is processed and approved, a refund will be issued using the original  payment method. 
• Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to be reflected in your account,
  depending on your payment provider.

4. Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange an item, please notify us within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges will be processed based on the availability of the product.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

• Certain products such as opened electronic accessories, customized items, and clearance sales items may not be eligible for return or refund.
